All kits are
sanded out to 150 grit and require minimal if any sanding.
All
components are included except for split rings and hooks,
we
recommend
2/0 treble hooks for the belly and tail of this lure, or use a dressed
5/0 siwash on the rear too!
We use only USA made components in our kits and our quality is second to
none!
Casts a country mile, with excellent
action and a very simple twitching of your rod makes this lure go PLOOP PLOOP PLOOP right
across the top. Excellent kit for starting out or for people without a workshop,
and a VERY good lure kit for use with kids!
Alternatively the belly hook hole is
drilled to accept our standard belly weights, the
weight is not
included but is available on our site, this will allow you to use just a
single rear hook for fishing tuna, bluefish, etc.
Can be painted with ordinary spray bombs,
or seal first and then paint with Apple Barrel/Createx paints and a small brush
or airbrush
from AC Moore, let them dry thoroughly and coat with a few coats of
clear spray paint or brush with epoxy etc in thin coats for more
durability. We recommend sealing the lure to prevent water intrusion
before painting.
