The Sheriff

There's a new Sheriff in town...and his name is BIG BART.
This plug dances like no other on the water.
Big Bart is 10" long and is weighted at 3.5oz to perfectly dance every time.
One of the testers caught 7 fish over 20 lbs on a tide cycle with one of these.

And the reviews I get say it all...

"I took it with me last night to a local beach and took it out of package and gave it to a guy in my club. I said "try casting this".
He lets it fly and the darn plug is on the way to Florida.
His eyes pop out .
He goes "holy sheet, I never made a longer cast in my life".
He moves it once and a 10 pound blue is all over it.
The plug got "mojo" man......lol"

"My largest of the year so far came at first dawn on a yellow w/ redhead Sheriff one morning in June."

Hand Turned pencil popper, sealed against water for maximum durability, and painted. Weighted perfectly for optimum presentation! VMC Permasteel 4X strong 4/0 Belly hook, 4/0 treble tail hook. 150 lb 2X strong Rosco split rings.
Oversized reverse Holographic eyes for maximum effect! Stainless Steel hardware where possible!
Through wired for maximum strength! Perfect for school blue fin tuna, stripers, or LARGE bluefish!

Proper presentation of a pencil popper is to cast then twitch the rod tip while retrieving, this will allow the lure to "walk the dog" from side to side.
Vary your retrieve, slow for stripers, faster for bluefish.

I get asked a lot about what colors are best?
Pearl White is the best imitation of a normal squid. Yellow or Parrot at sunrise or cloudy days. Sunny days stick with a color that has a high definition color hue change on it....Blue/White. Spend some time looking at the bait prevalent in your area and you will soon understand why certain colors can give you just that little bit extra advantage to entice a larger fish to take your lure.
Don't be afraid to use such colors as Blue/White, or Yellow/White at night either!
