Oz size, stainless steel thru-wired this is a exact copy of an original
Danny Pichney 3 oz darter! This was widely viewed as one of the best darter designs ever
made. 3/0 VMC 4X strong hooks on the belly and a 6/0 VMC bucktail dressed
siwash on the tail. 150 lb swivels and triple split rings.
These
will swim with a wide darting action from side to side. They swim
identical to the originals and they were fish slayers back then and continue
to be now! Best environment for this plug is moving water. Cast out then rip
your rod back to get the plug to dig. Continue reeling with occasional
pauses/twitches.
