We use email extensively. Should you have questions on something on the site etc please send us an email and we will answer you as soon as possible.

Please we ask that if you see something backordered on the site that you don't send us an email asking when they will be ready. It takes up alot of time answering this stuff...time which could be better spent working towards getting the product finished to have back in stock on the site. We try to have everything in stock at all times but sometimes other production runs get in the way and things can't get finished as quick as we'd like. We update the site backorders on a regular basis so keep checking back.
